By creating an OtitoCheck account or purchasing a vehicle history report, you agree to these Terms of Service.

What OtitoCheck provides

OtitoCheck aggregates vehicle history data from third-party sources (including VinAudit, DVLA, DVSA, and — where partnered — HPI/Experian) and presents it alongside an AI-generated plain-English summary. Reports reflect the data available from these sources at the time of generation and are provided for informational purposes only.

Payments and refunds

Reports are paid per purchase via Paystack. If OtitoCheck is unable to generate your report after payment, you will be automatically refunded and notified by email.

Account responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the accuracy of the identifier (VIN, registration plate, or chassis number) you submit.
