OtitoCheck ("we", "us") is registered in Nigeria (CAC RC 9835268) and processes personal data in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR).

What we collect

Account details (email, password), the vehicle identifiers you submit, and payment metadata (Paystack transaction references — we never see or store your card details).

How we use it

To generate and deliver your vehicle history reports, process payments, and communicate with you about your account and purchases. We do not sell your personal data.

Third parties

Vehicle data providers (VinAudit, DVLA, DVSA, HPI/Experian where applicable), Paystack for payment processing, Anthropic for report narrative generation, and Resend for transactional email.

Your rights

Under the NDPR, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.
